Swing Patrol
(Wednesday evenings)

Join Swing Patrol for a lesson or two in Swing Dancing. What is Swing Dancing? It’s a collection of Black American dances from the 1920s-1940s including Lindy Hop and Charleston.

Classes are £10 (cash only) and there's no need to bring a partner or book ahead.

1st St Anne's Brownies

(Thursdays 6.00pm-7.30 pm)

Brownies welcomes all girls from 7 to 10 years old for non-stop fun, learning and adventure.

Brownies follow a special programme. In unit meetings, they do fun activities, play games and earn skills builder badges, all while being supported by our trained volunteers. We are also known to take an outing and do a sleepover or two!

Your child could get skills builder badges in themes such as camping, communication and first aid. And if she wants to take guiding home, there’s lots of interest badges to do in between unit meetings, like the aviation badge, performing badge and inventing badge.

After Brownies, she can move onto Guides, our section for girls aged 10-14.

If you would like to join, you can register and find us (1st St Anne’s Brownies) or other units near you using this link.

If spaces are available, the unit will arrange a trial meeting for your child to attend. This gives you both an idea of what guiding is all about – we're sure you'll love it!
